Hey! Got another of my chars run by Linda, another great experience as before.
I'd like a run to Grotto from Citadel for two (?) of my characters. IGN Shaft Ed of course.

I just want to say Linda is to darn rich =/ (because of great running skills in result ends up getting in LBS = Lady Blue Steel (some1 asked earlyer no replys i think) and being able to ask big but worthy prices)

these are way over priced. I don't care how good of a runner you are they are still way too over priced. For every good runner there is a better one. and in your case, a better & cheaper one

There prices are higher than most, and I can assure you there are better runners out there than LBS. Over half of LBS'rs can't do forge runs, fissure runs, elite skill capping or any of the other things that they claim they can do. The officers of the guild can do most of this stuff, but for the actual members this is far from true. I have friends in this guild that can't do half of this stuff. If you want proof of this just go out and ask someone that isn't an officer of the guild or someone who doesnt have a thread running and you can see for yourself. Just do a little searching and you can find an alternate runner that can do this same runs for a little of nothing.

1 question.

These friends of yours, are they graduates or students?

A droks run is required for graduation, not enrollement to the academy/joining the guild. At least that's what I read, but what do I know.

The first portion of the graduation test involves a Graduate watching the student run from Beacon's Perch to Droknar's Forge. The second aspect of the graduation test involves a Graduate observing the student run through Thirsty River mission with only 4 henchmen to assist them. Upon safe arrival in Droknar's Forge and completion of Thirsty River, students will graduate and be officially certified as runners by Lady Blue Steel and listed here as graduates of the LBSRA.

That is exactally what i mean. You guys think you are the best runners and your not. You think the prices are good, (and for some really rich people they are fine) but for most people the prices are way too much. If some1 wanted to go around the entire map by them selfs it would cost them 250k this way. I have seen runners that do the same thing for 20-50k

Not everyone in the academy runs. There are people who joined the academy when it first started and then switched over to pvp and decided to stay in the guild to maintain the friendships that they had developed over the months. So yes, not everyone in the guild can do the difficult runs. HOWEVER, if they advertise that they can do a specific run, then guess what, they can do it. I would not let a graduate advertise a run the he or she could not complete. Amazing idea there huh? As for the price thing. I could go and quote the 100 replies that LBS, myself and all of the other officers have given in responce to the "You charge to much" complaint that we here over and over, but I'd rather not waste my time. People find our service to be the best and they are willing to pay the amount that we value out time at. We get them where they need to go and there is no doubt that they can trust us. Thank you for the free bumps but no more trolling please.

Thats not going to affect her business. Whats stupid is you are puting off customers with unfair comments. Shes got high prices. So what. Thats up to her to debate not you. Leave her to get on with her business and only post if you a postive comment or a request.

Ty again for another successful run. Sorry I didn't post earlier, but I just wanted to reiterate for the doubters, Linda is definitely one of the best runners I've ever had. Also, don't forget that the prices are party-wise unless stated. If you can get a group of friends together, it costs less :P

These prices suck... 6k to droks, i got a run for 2k and it took 9 mins the runner didn't die once or even go bellow have health... it was pro save yourself 4k and just get a normal guy to do the same job...
